Art’s Wood Designs is a small family run business. Art is the carpenter - recently retired from factory work unrelated to woodworking altogether - who rediscovered his passion for carpentry after years of the hobby being dormant in his life. The reawakening began when his sons, Mark and Rick, asked him to start making wooden crates for their 12” and 7” vinyl records. After posting the crates on Instagram, word of Art’s creations began to spread and he has since moved onto making everything from record crates, customized electronic music gear with wooden panels, ottoman trays, makeup organizers, and many other creations hand crafted and customized out of wood.
